I went to South Dakota to see our DD a few weeks ago and, while she was working, I took myself to the Custer Piecemaker’s Quilt Guild show. Talking to a few of the members, I found out the guild has about 40 members and those members put on quite a show.
Last weekend DH and I made a last minute trip to Oregon for the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show. We certainly didn’t over think this trip – we made a hotel reservation the Monday before show and set off with vague plans. The only concrete item on the itinerary was to see the show on Saturday.…
